That’s Amore! Rehearsal Dinner at Four Seasons Orlando

Orlando Event Planner | Four Seasons Orlando | Italian Dinner |

That’s Amore! Lauren and Jason chose an Italian theme for their rehearsal dinner at the Four Seasons Orlando. First, we decided to channel an “old world” Italian look. Then we chose red and white as the color scheme. Finally, we made everything special and unique with lots of custom details and we created a most memorable “That’s Amore” rehearsal dinner!

Orlando Event Planner and Bride are all about the details…

Lauren LOVES details (as do I!), so we were sure to include a lot of them! We used rustic lanterns and put photos of the bride and groom through the years inside. We also included the event logo to add pops of red in the room. Then we had photo confetti made with more pictures and their logo. These were a fun talking point for guests when they sat down to discuss when they first met the bride and groom.

We made giant signs with the rehearsal dinner logo and had custom cookies created to match them exactly. They were a wonderful gift for guests to take home at the end of the night and doubled as a beautiful red accent in the room.

Setting an Italian Dinner Table

We had custom place mats created with Lauren and Jason’s logo that were really impactful on the tables. Then we added red-and-white checked napkins for color and whimsy. We also put “Wed-Libs” with custom red pencils at each seat as a fun activity. The bride and groom took these home to enjoy after the rehearsal dinner.

For cocktail hour, we used red-and-white checked runners and single roses in bud vases. This created a simple and elegant ambiance. The Four Seasons Orlando served a delicious Italian meal with Antipasto, Caesar salad, Chicken Marsala, Pasta Alfredo, Garlic Breadsticks, and Cannolis for dessert. At the end of the night, everyone was thrilled with the “That’s Amore” rehearsal dinner and were even more excited for Lauren and Jason’s wedding the next day.

Such a beautiful event can only happen with an amazing team of talented vendors. Here’s a list of those who made Lauren and Jason’s That’s Amore Rehearsal Dinner a reality.

My fiancé and I will be getting married in a little over a month and we absolutely love this! Do you have links for any of the things you all purchased?

    • Debbie Mintzer says:

Congratulations on your upcoming wedding! I’ll reach out to you by email with any info that might be helpful to you. Thanks!

  2. Ms. Janis Lasprogata says:

I am interested in your Thats Amore cookies for rehearsal dinner in Chicago on 4/22/22. We will need approx 5 dozen. Can you please provide me a quote? Thanks!

    • Debbie Mintzer says:

Hi Janis – The “That’s Amore” cookies were sourced locally in Orlando from a company called 2 Smart Cookies. Unfortunately, they do not ship, but I would think if you brought a picture of the cookies to your local baker, they would be able to help you out. Good luck to you!

Custom “Thats Amore” paper placemats….where can I order these
    Thank You

  4. Mary says:

Interested in the sign used at the rehearsal dinner. Did you design that or a digital file?

    • Debbie Mintzer says:

Thanks for the interest in the adorable rehearsal dinner sign. That was a custom design that we created to go with the look/feel of the entire event.

  5. Lisa says:

We too are hosting a rehearsal dinner at an Italian restaurant (in Mesa, AZ). Love the “That’s Amore” theme. I have spent way too much time into trying to re-create the placemats. I have contacted about 15 local places trying to find paper placemats with no luck. When looking online, I’m not finding any without scallops. The printers I was going to use didn’t think the scalloped ones would work in their printers. Is there anyway I could order through you since your printer already has the font, etc? Or any suggestions where you found your Kraft paper placemats? Thank you. Appreciate any help.

  6. Sue Skrobacs says:

I am also interested in the placemats for my son’s rehearsal dinner in August ‘24. I would love to be included in any suggestions for finding these.

  7. Janie Smoley says:

I’m also interested in the placemats.

  8. Isabel says:

Everything looks wonderful, I’d love to have anything you could share about the recreating the placemats and font for a rehearsal dinner. And the dinner napkins as well, they really popped on the tables. Thanks in advance for any help you can provide.
